In June 2008 Hachar Media / Bus Ads was awarded the fleet advertising contract for the City of Laredo, Texas. The Metro fleet is a very economical venue for advertising. The fleet penetrates areas of the City of Laredo that cannot be reached by other methods of advertising.

Hachar Media is the contractor for the City of Laredo, Texas Transit System, more commonly known as El Metro. The Metro fleet in Laredo consists of 47 fixed route buses. The Metro fleet travels through all parts of the city including areas where other forms of outdoor advertising are not permitted.

UISD : United Independent School Buses operates over 300 medium and large format school buses.  Our company is the contractor for all UISD school buses. Exterior ads on these buses deliver your message to general traffic as well as: Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, and High Schools.  United Schools are spread throughout the City of Laredo.
